Managing Director – Arturo Fisher

Arturo Fisher is the Founder and Managing Director of Global Rewards Solutions. He has more than 21 years of experience in international HR, and has spent 16 years consulting with multinational organizations – helping them create, assess, and manage HR policies and programs around the world.

Mr. Fisher has extensive experience helping companies establish efficient and effective practices in the countries in which they do business. During his career, he has helped develop pay and benefits programs in more than 80 countries. He has also conducted audits for mergers and acquisitions in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. He has worked with organizations of all sizes in a wide variety of industries.

Mr. Fisher is a former principal of Hewitt Associates, one of the largest global HR outsourcing and consulting firms. He spent his early career at E.I. Du Pont de Nemours, EDS, and Kentucky Fried Chicken, holding multiple roles in Finance and HR. He holds a B.A. in Business from La Salle University in Mexico City, and is a frequent speaker at International HR forums.
